GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Roots Burg want our customers always to have an enjoyable experience, from your first glimpse at our online store to all the way until you finalize your purchase.

Please be sure to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions before completing your order. All services, orders, deliveries and offers are subject to these terms and conditions.

PLACING AN ORDER

  • It is possible to place your order at rootsburg.com by creating a registered account. Registration is free and you can terminate it at any time.
  • When you register with us as a customer, please ensure that the details and information you provide to us are true, accurate and up-to-date.
  • When placing your order online, you will be required to provide both your delivery address and contact phone number.
  • After you place an order to purchase a product, we shall email you an Order Confirmation and Order Number.

PAYMENT

  • You are required to pay 75% advance at the time of ordering.
  • No orders will be accepted without advance.
  • All product prices in our online shop are excluding delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties.
  • Customer is responsible for delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties.

DELIVERY

  • Once you place order and pay advance, Roots Burg will email you Order Confirmation and Order Number with estimated Delivery Date.
  • Delivery times are indicative and will depend on the individual products you have ordered and their availability.
  • Please note that any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the following business day, and the estimated delivery times are valid from this date.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track the progress of your delivery online.
  • If for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to fulfil an order by the date set out in the Order Confirmation we will contact you to confirm the expected timescale for our delivery of the product(s).
  • On delivery of the product(s) to the specified address, a person over 18 years will be required to sign for the product(s).
  • If we attempt to make a delivery and no one is present to sign for the products, the person seeking to make delivery will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery. The delivery company will attempt delivery on up to two occasions. If delivery cannot be made upon the third and final attempt, the product(s) will be returned to us.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • All online products are subject to availability.
  • Roots Burg is not responsible for replenishment of online products.
  • If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable after we have accepted your order to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund, or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.
